Our process makes it simple for you!
1. We meet to look at your specific project and go over your specific needs and wants. We get a feel for you and your family.
2. We meet again to go over design options, cost options, etc. Once we get the go ahead from you, we bring in any additional Subcontractors for your job for a second walk thru with you and us.
3. We will than firm up the bid for you with a payment schedule. Our contract will be signed by both parties protecting you and us and a down payment will also be collected at this time based on the scope of the project.
4. A start date is set and permits are pulled.
5. We start building your dream space.
Before we meet for initial consultation, we ask that you have a strong idea of your wants and needs for your specific project in mind. Most of our clients have multiple pictures from magazines, websites, etc. This way its easier for us to understand what you like and want. Clear communication is always key for you and us.
